All, thanks for the comments. As mentioned, any gold is good gold in my book, since it's so far and few between. But it did clean up pretty well. I'm going to an completely new area in CA, this coming weekend. Let's hope for more yellow metal...Jason ;)

Del, Yeah, I was surprised with that nugget too. But when I hit the hole with the pick, you should have seen the black sands jumping to the magnet.... Might just be a good place to go back and dry wash. :hmmmmm:
