What application do you have in mind for the Clay Be Gone? It does tend to settle and clarify still water, but not while the water is being agitated. A drop or two of "Jet Dry" gets rid of surface tension, and that is very useful -- especially in desert locales where the nature of the plant and insect particles in the soil tend to make it very oily. But Clay Be Gone doesn't really do much for that issue. I'm not sure what is in it, but the coyotes, rats and other desert critters don't seem to mind.

Prospecting success, be it for HEARTS, TRUTH or GOLD, takes COURAGE and HONESTY to penetrate through the appearance of things, plus PATIENCE and FORTITUDE to work through the many layers of things of which both nature and human nature are composed.

Sitting here in the den I saw that I have a bottle of Clay Gone on the shelf . The active ingredient is not mentioned BUT there is a caveat about spilling it on you . Also if you swallow it .
